Approximately 800Kg’s in total weight, the original Authentic Oven is a full-sized outdoor oven, capable of performing in a commercial or large-scale home entertaining setting. You can cook virtually anything perfectly in this oven, including the largest of roasts. Authentic wood-fired ovens cook most meals in half the time taken by a conventional electric oven.

These ovens are made from firebrick and a highly temperature-resistant concrete which can safely tolerate temperatures of up to 1200 degrees Centigrade! Oven users normally operate at cooking temperatures between 300 – 400 degrees Centigrade.
Standard ovens are usually available for prompt dispatch from the factory. Its often possilbe to get an oven delivered and installed within two weeks, so there are no long waiting lists and delays to worry about.
The new Medium-size Authentic Oven is great for any occasion, and is shown here with the copper flue, and mounted on a large tiled bench top. There are built to the same exacting commercial standard as all of Authentic Oven’s wood-fired pizza ovens.
